Learn how content design and UX writing differ from copywriting.
Work like a product team
Discover how content designers collaborate with designers, developers and researchers.
Decode user behaviour
Learn how people process information online, including cognitive load and scanning patterns.
Research user language
Analyse keyword and phrase data to understand how users naturally speak. Use these insights to choose words that match users' mental models.
Identify real user problems
Review user interview data to uncover opportunities, pain points and gaps. Use these findings to inform your content priorities.
Create user requirements
Transform user problems into actionable content needs.
Day 2: Create and test content
Design interface content
Create a mobile page, buttons and help text that guide users intuitively.
Write confirmation messages
Create email and SMS confirmations that address user concerns and build confidence.
Take part in a peer review
Apply structured critique techniques used by product teams. Learn to give and receive feedback constructively.
Test with users
Observe how users interact with your content and gather actionable feedback.
Iterate based on evidence
Improve your content using the data you've gathered. Make informed changes that solve real user problems.
Present with confidence
Showcase your work and explain your approach.
